Pippa Langhorne comes to the Hollies
Next week we have a very special guest at the Hollies. Pippa Langhorne, the classical singer from Britain’s Got Talent, will be performing with her very unique voice on the 24th of March.
From a young age Pippa studied violin and classical music and trained at the South Wales Opera Society at the age of 18. With a talent for classical vocals Pippa has performed the national anthem for both English and Italian rugby games where she gained recognition as an up and coming star.
Pippa grew in popularity when she auditioned for Britain’s got talent with her little dog Buddy. Simon Cowell described her performance as, “all my life I’ve been waiting for this, the perfect double act”.
Following the show Pippa appeared solo on a number of many popular TV shows such as BBC News and This Morning. She also performed at the opening ceremony of the BAFTA’s and Sir Bobby Robson’s charity football event.
Pippa is a beautiful classical vocalist but she also has a talent for genres such as Jazz and pop music reflecting the dynamism and talent in her singing ability.
We are very excited to welcome Pippa to the Hollies on Saturday the 24th of March; it will be a day to remember. We would like to encourage all residents to invite family and friends to share this special day with us.
