Fees planning

Fees include accommodation, tailored care plans meal, occupational therapy, most activities and entertainment, laundry, and all overhead costs (such as heating, lighting and maintenance). We would be happy to talk through our fees with you.

All fees are calculated on a daily basis and are payable monthly in advance.

Types of care

  • Fee levels vary according to room grade, and full details are accessible via our current fees policy schedule, which is reviewed on an annual basis.
  • Fees cover hotel services and all care.
  • Residents may be eligible for government funding towards the cost of care fees, this is dependent on financial circumstances,* Our Manager is on hand to assist in this matter.
