At the Hollies we are welcoming new residents with the reassurances of comprehensive measures to ensure the health and safety of all. Our in-house hygiene standard and infection prevention measures are rigorous:

New resident testing with results usually within 48 hours. Regular testing for staff and residents.

Regular robust hygiene and cleaning throughout the home, entry points and lift sanitising regime.

Temperature checking for all people entering the home.

Plentiful supplies of PPE (personal protective equipment).

Special visiting pods with hand sanitiser, face mask and gloves provided to all visiting guests.

Infection control / cross contamination measures, non reliant on agency staff and no staff uniforms worn outside the home.
